Mr. Michling is a 60 year resident of McHenry County, he is married with two grown children, and when he’s not practicing law, he can be found running through town or simply enjoying the great outdoors.

Victoria Skyles is a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois, committed to advocating for individuals and families who are navigating various stages of the legal process. She attended Blackburn College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and later graduated from the John Marshall Law School where she was a member of the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi.
Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Ms. Skyles spent five years investigating insurance fraud for American General and fifteen years handling Property & Casualty claims for Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Evan Randall is the newest member of the Michling Plaza team. He attended the John Marshall Law School in Chicago and after graduation, moved back to Woodstock with his wife. Mr. Randall is a native of Woodstock and enjoys living close to his family and friends.
Mr. Randall has been involved in numerous misdemeanor and petty offense cases but has also represented high profile felony matters that have made both local and regional headlines. Mr. Randall prides himself on providing each client with individual attention and ensures that he is easily accessible to his client throughout the legal process.

When away from the office, Mr. Randall can be found on a lake, in a tree, or walking through a cornfield. He’s passionate for anything outdoors and takes almost every “opening season” day off work.
